Lynda Moore was only three years old when the school was established in 1985. She was one of the first pupils ever to attend classes with Pauline.

Throughout her time as a student here Lynda took part in everything the school had to offer. Her dedication and talent was recognised not only by her numerous awards and excellent exam results but by Pauline herself who was delighted to offer Lynda a place in the school as a resident teacher in 1998.

Since then Lynda has been promoted to Head Teacher. She travels regularly to BTDA Headquarters in Leicester attending teacher workshops and study seminars which keep PWD updated  and current in the wonderful world of Dance! Her ever growing genres include Tap, Modern Jazz, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop, Junior Ballet and the most recently added Dance Exercise and fitness. Lynda also teaches in schools, colleges and youth groups, choreographs musicals and Gala events and has herself performed with PWD in various theatres including "Young Voices" at the Odyssey Arena.

Quote by Pauline Walker;

"I am so proud of Lynda, I have watched her grow from a small child into a confident and dedicated teacher. Her tremendous talent and her love of dance combined with her gentle but firm approach is a shinning example to all our students and represents, in its entirety, everything that Pauline Walker Dance stands for".
